The C_school teaching program is based on three pillars
What we do
Basing on the Peer coaching method we create space for exchanging experience. We believe that all participants have knowledge other people can take advantage of. These abilities can interweave: communication skills, project management or technological skills regarding code or solving analytical problems. The possibility to exchange knowledge without fear of criticism or judgement is our value.
We teach basing on a program in which each learning stage gives the possibility to verify the abilities gained so far. By systematic cooperation with trainers, each participant will be aware of learning progress and the direction in which their knowledge develops.
We will prepare an offer to cooperate in IT projects for all the participants who successfully graduate from the C_school.
Thank you for your application. Best regards, C_school Team.
